The Slow Session is held in The Bell in Grove  on the second Sunday at 2.30pm. It is a tunes session for those people who are not used to playing in a session or maybe have a new instrument or are of a nervous disposition. Very friendly and informal; so it’s fine to ask about stuff, bring and use chord books and so on. There’s usually a few folk there who play at regular sessions and will guide the proceedings. Slowly, of course!
