What has six sides, buttons and could once be found in almost every home in the country? The answer: the Anglo concertina. Join squeezebox expert Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne to discover the fundamentals of this wonderful instrument and explore its rich history and repertoire in this day-long workshop.
Participants will be taken through the absolute basics of Anglo concertina playing, from finding notes, to putting together full tunes, through to making chords. No previous knowledge of concertina playing or music theory is required for this workshop and concertinas are available for participants to borrow.
